    1. CUSTOMER QUALIFICATION


    To purchase products from Infinitywholesalegroup.com you must be 21 years old or older and you must hold a valid retail business license. Infinitywholesalegroup.com reserves the right to request additional documentation in support of business status. Infinitywholesalegroup.com reserves the right to cancel any orders that are found to be placed by non-qualified accounts.

    WARNING: Products sold on this site may contain nicotine, a poisonous and addictive substance. Products sold on this site are only intended for committed smokers of legal smoking age and not by non-smokers, children, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant or any person with an elevated risk of, or preexisting condition of, any medical condition which includes, but is not limited to, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or asthma. If you use a product purchased from us and experience any side effects or possible side effects, stop using the product immediately and consult a physician.

    Products sold on this site:

    (a) may be poisonous if orally ingested, (b) are not smoking cessation products and have not been tested nor guaranteed as such, (c) have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, (d) are not intended to treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition, and (e) should be kept out of reach of children and pets.

    2. SHIPPING

    • Infinitywholesalegroup.com will make the best effort to ship items in a timely manner.
    • Infinitywholesalegroup.com cannot guarantee any shipping time-frames, and external forces can cause delays in shipping.
    • Processing time for orders can take up to 24-48 hours (1-2 Business Days)
    • Once a package has shipped, Infinitywholesalegroup.com will take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping time-frame.
    • Infinitywholesalegroup.com will take NO responsibility for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or any involved third parties.

     

    3. INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS

    • Incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be claimed within seven days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information.
    • Glass products (Including but not limited to Pipes, Spoons, Water Pipes, and Chillums) must have damage claims made within 48 Hours of delivery confirmation.
    • All Missing/Damaged items MUST be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving item(s).

     

    4. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

     

    •  All boxes received with damaged items, MUST BE KEPT for UPS Inspection/Replacement  
    • Any damages not reported in the allotted time will NOT be eligible for replacement.
    • Any boxes received with damages, inside or outside the box, not kept for UPS inspection will NOT be eligible for replacement. 
    • All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • NO Refund/Returns on E-Liquids , coils, and disposable devices.
    • Devices: 30 days from Date of Invoice-UNUSED-In Original Box-ALL Parts Included.
    • As of Dec. 01, 2018: All Returned Checks will be subject to a $75 fee.
    • If the product is incorrect or damaged, please send a photo of the product to info@infinitywholesalegroup.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the problem in the body of the email.
    • Defective items may be returned within thirty days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. If the item has been used it can not be returned, and would have to be submitted under warranty of manufacturer (see product packaging for details) This includes and is not limited to all Juul and Puff Co Peak branded devices and accessories.
    • Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.
    • For sanitary reasons, as well as the general safety of our staff, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, or wire.
    • All sales on E-Liquid are final without exception. E-Liquid cannot be returned or exchanged for another flavor.
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the incorrect product is sent by error of  Infinitywholesalegroup.com.
    • Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement device is not available, Infinitywholesalegroup.com reserves the right to issue a credit.
    • Returns must include everything that came with the product. This includes starter kits and bundled products. We must also have the original packaging returned to us.
    • All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from Infinitywholesalegroup.com and we will do our best to assist you.

     

    5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE, OUR SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM US ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Infinity Wholesale Group parent and subsidiary companies are not held responsible for any damage for any modification of the batteries, chargers, devices and other products that we carry in any form or shape, this is including pack making.

    Infinity Wholesale Group and Infinity Wholesale Group’s parent and subsidiary companies will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use of a Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable battery and/or batteries as well as chargers. Please have a greater understanding of the batteries and/or chargers you are using and how to care for them properly.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, InfinityWholesaleGroup.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
